As we enter the new year, we often make grand resolutions. The holiday season provides a well needed break from our usual routines and demands on our time. We rejuvenate, revisit our aspirations and reflect on the past year. When we are sitting at home on the couch big resolutions seem so much more achievable. Fast forward a couple of weeks when the hustle and bustle of our regular lives have returned and those resolutions can often fall by the wayside. You are not alone.
